About Us
Radiance Women’s Center (formerly Pflugerville Pregnancy Resource Center) is a volunteer based non-profit organization located in the heart of downtown Pflugerville. Radiance Women’s Center provides compassion, support, and resources to those facing an unplanned or mistimed pregnancy.
Pflugerville Pregnancy Resource Center was founded in 2006 when Ellison Marshall, a highly skilled ultrasound technician, saw a vital need for a pregnancy help center in Pflugerville. With the support of local churches and community members, Pflugerville Pregnancy Resource Center was born.
Since 2008, Pflugerville Pregnancy Resource Center has been faithfully serving women and families in Pflugerville and the greater Austin area. In April 2022, Pflugerville Pregnancy Resource Center became Radiance Women’s Center. The mission and vision remain the same.

Thanks to the generosity of our donors, all services are 100% completely free to our clients.
We receive absolutely no state or federal funds; rather, it's the loving support from community members, local businesses, and churches that keep our doors open.
Vision
Radiance Women’s Center envisions a local community where women do not experience the emotional burdens associated with abortion. To this end, Radiance Women’s Center will work with local leaders and churches, providing a place of education, communication, and loving care for mother and child in order to reduce the number of abortions in Central Texas.
Mission
Radiance Women’s Center exists to love, in a Christ-like way, all women who are in need of physical, emotional, and spiritual help when facing an unplanned pregnancy. Radiance Women’s Center will point these women and their families to Jesus Christ as we minister to their earthly needs.
Our Volunteers
Our ministry is sustained by the efforts of dedicated volunteers. As client advocates, volunteers are trained in peer counseling to offer compassion, support, and referrals to necessary resources. They are equipped to help clients understand their options and form a plan during a challenging situation. Volunteers are able to provide spiritual guidance and lead parenting and life skills classes. Other volunteers dedicate their time to serve the many administrative, marketing, and fundraising needs of Radiance Women's Center. We are always accepting new volunteer applications and offer a variety of areas to serve.
