Radiance Women’s Center offers numerous ways to serve. Volunteers are trained to offer compassion, support, and referrals to necessary resources. They are equipped to help clients understand their options and form a plan during a challenging situation.

All volunteers will complete a background check, adhere to confidentiality agreements, abide by center policies and procedures, be active in a local church, and believe in the sanctity of human life.

WE ARE ALWAYS ACCEPTING VOLUNTEER APPLICATIONS FOR THE FOLLOWING AREAS:

Client Advocate (English and Spanish)

Client advocates and peer coaches discuss the options of adoption, abortion, and parenting in order for the client to make an informed decision about their pregnancy. Provide literature and referrals that are relevant to their situation. Be a support person for clients and provide a loving, non-judgmental atmosphere in order to build trust with each client and be there for her during times of crisis. Training is

provided. English and Spanish-speaking applicants are desired. Computer and technology knowledge required.

Peer Coach (English and Spanish)

Lead parenting, life skills, and Bible classes for clients as a part of our Points to Success pregnancy and parenting education program. Accompany clients in the Baby Boutique and help them shop for items for their baby. Computer and technology knowledge required.

Reception (English and Spanish)

Help Radiance Women’s Center run smoothly by greeting clients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and checking in client appointments. Computer and technology knowledge required.

Data Entry

This volunteer position does require computer skills and attention to detail.

Baby Boutique

Volunteers receive, sort, organize, and keep our baby boutique stocked with the items clients shop for.

Male Mentor

Offer suggestions, encouragement, support, and be available to answer questions for male clients.

Center Upkeep

Weekly cleaning and organizing.
